Remove any blockage if necessary. The location of the filter is different depening on the model. It is also possible that there is a special lever to open the door. My daughters INDESIT IWC 81483 W UK N 8 kg machine starts any wash cycle but doesn’t end/finish!!!! Only bought in august but she has miss placed instructions and I have no room to download a copy.. would you have any ideas? Thankyou

totally wasted my money with this machine, its nearly impossible to make sure you are selecting the correct cycle as the TINY mark on the selection knob is so hard to see, wish i had stayed with HOOVER!!!

My washing machine remains in the wash cycle and doesn’t move on to rinse or spin. However when I select the mode to rinse and spin, it does it just fine, but on the other modes it doesn’t.
